Overview
Terra Ferus' calendar and dates basically come down to this; Age, Year, Month and Day.
There are 12 months, each 30 days long, which is accurate to how long it takes to revolve around it's sun. In other words, TF's years are 5 days shorter than Earth's. An Age is sort of like BC and AD (or BCE and CE if you prefer), and last around 6000 to 8000 years, usually the end of one is marked by a globally important event.
A day is 24 hours, just like on Earth.
Age
Ages are either given names, or always have a numbered alternative. In the time period of this RP, we are in the late 6th Age. The 6th Age is also called the Age of Victory, for it's beginning was marked by the death of the dark goddess Deception.
When new age begins, it's first year is Year 1, Age "Name/Number".
Months
Months, as mentioned above, are each 30 days long and there are 12 of them. The order of them was change around a bit with the introduction of some Roman culture to Terra Ferus(how the world got it's name is from them actually), for example, the month that would be March, was renamed the Month of War(March is named after Mars, the Roman god of war). Most of them haven't changed though. Here's the months in order, with their Roman calendar counterpart.
TF Month|Roman Calendar Month
The Month of Fate|January
The Month of Time|February
The Month of War|March
The Month of Life|April
The Month of Light|May
The Month of Day|June
The Month of Water|July
The Month of Truth|August
The Month of Magic|September
The Month of Fire|October
The Month of Sorrow|November
The Month of Night|December
Days of the month are just "5th Day of the Month of Fire" for example. In the current time period of TF we are playing in, it is acceptable to use the Roman Calendar months, instead of the traditional calendar of Terra Ferus.
There may be contest/events in honor of/related to the god of that month each month eventually.
