This is just if we do implement a fight/hunting system. This thread is purely for possible abilities and opponents/prey. Feel free to suggest your own ^^ Remember, all of these are currently rough numbers and just suggestions. They may or may not be part of the final system.
Levels
Abilities
If it's marked as "initial attack only" it can only be used as your character's first move per fight. If more than one party member is fighting the same thing(or group of things), they can all use an initial attack.
Basic
Claw, roll D10
Unlockable by Level
Bite, roll D10 + 1 per level (Level 5)
Leap, roll D10 + 2 per level, initial attack only. (Level 5?)
Grab, if successful, every attack afterwards gets +3. Success is based on level x 5%. Lvl 20+ is instant success. However, you can't switch opponents till you release the one grabbed. (Level 10)
Call for Back Up, depending on a roll(likely a D6, then divide by 2, rounding down if an odd number, so 2 if you roll 5), adds NPCs from your pride to your patrol. (Level 15, maybe 20)
Rank Specific
Heal: (Healer Only) Restores HP. Roll D10. HP restored is roll +1 per healer's level. On a chance system however.
Chance would be healer's level divided by 10. So a level 5 healer would have a .5 chance of success. Rolling a D10, anything 6 or above is success for level 5. If level is 10 or higher, it's 100% chance of success and no need to roll.
Position Specific
Regroup: usable only by party/patrol head. Roll D10, damage is roll + collective level of party members. Usable once. (Example: A party of 5. Levels are 2, 7, 3, 8, and 1, so buff is +21 to the roll. Helps with tougher opponents.)
Nobility Buff: +3 to initial attacks.
Commander Buff: +3 to party's regroup attacks.
Royalty Buff(Only applies to Snow Lions and later Clans): Your character gets a chance to try out their diplomatic charm! Once per patrol, you can try to convince an opponent(or a group) to leave. Party gets
Pride Specific
(Some of these belong under Perks. I accidentally put them here >.<)
-Fallen Stars-
Ambush: Can only be an initial attack and usable only once per fight. D10 roll + 2 per level buff.
-Golden Suns-
Charge: Can only be used in an initial attack and usable only once per fight. D10 + 2 per level buff.
-Coastal-
Get +5 to any attack in water.
-Cloud-
Start off with Grab. Group also gets +1 to regroup attack per lion in party.
-Mountain-
-Forest-
-Snow-
-Clans-
All members of clans(once Clans are complimented) get buffs or abilities dependent on their major religion(clans will have to choose a major religion).
Followers of the Forsaken get Ambush(same as Fallen Stars).
Followers of the Ancient Religion get +1 to regroups for each god they have 20+ favor towards.
Followers of the Religion of the Stars get Ancestral Intervention, which allows your party to "call on" a spirit of the dead to fight with you. Their level is based on the party leader's. Can only be used once, but the spirit remains until it's defeated or patrol ends. (Essentially you get an extra party member.)
Other Unlockables/Buffs
Kaius' Blessing: Same as Royalty Buff, but any character can get it from earning Kaius' favor.
Marcus' Blessing: +5 to any defense attacks. Unlocked by earning Marcus' favor.
Shadow Master: As a master of shadows and the dark, you get +3 to your effective level at night or in dark spaces. Can be earned in a few ways, but typically either by earning the favor of Miomoae(god of shadows) or learning it from another Shadow Master.
Perks
These are default buffs, not attack moves.
Opponents
Staff Only
Staff only means only staff members can throw one at a party.
Forest Drake:
1000 HP
Bite, D10+ 10
Claw, D10+ 5
Stab, D20
Tail Slash, D20 +5
High risk of injury. (It basically amounts to an overgrown wolf with amour plating, sharp spikes, and a whip like tale with more spikes. What do you expect XD)
If male, party can attempt to tame. If taming attempt fails, it will flee. Successful taming means it remain in your pride's territory, and somewhat act as a "pet". Party head gets to design/write them up. (We'll come up with some kind of bonus for having a forest drake tamed, but for the moment, it's just a badass pet to have X3)
Can't tame a female.
Will not attack a party if collective level is below 25. Party can still attempt taming if male however.
500 EXP rewarded for fight win.
(We'll figure out taming a bit better later.)
Lone Lion:
(Unaffiliated NPC Lions)
500HP
Has the basic attacks for lion characters.
Party is given three choices when coming across one.
Marjelia:
A small, ferret looking like creature, with bio-luminescent markings.
Cannot be fought, but taming is possible.
(Again, we'll come up with some sort of bonus for having a marjelia "pet".)

Levels
- Every character would start at lvl 1.
- Lvl 2 at 100 EXP
- Lvl 3 at 250 EXP
- Lvl 4 at 400 EXP
- Lvl 5 at 550 EXP
- Lvl 6 at 800 EXP
- Lvl 7 at 1050 EXP
- Lvl 8 at 1300 EXP
The formula is pretty much, between level 2 and level 5, it's 150 EXP more than the last to the next level. Between 5 and 10 it would be 250 EXP. Between 10 and 15 it would be 350 EXP, and so on. Every 5 levels, it would go up by 100, so 15 through 20 would be 450, 20-25 would be 550, and so on.
If you like algebra, think of it like this... but who likes algebra XD Maybe me...
a = Exp needed for the previous level up.
b = amount needed for that level group (like how lvl 2-5 is 150)
c = EXP need for next level.
a + b = c

(Unaffiliated NPC Lions)
500HP
Has the basic attacks for lion characters.
Party is given three choices when coming across one.
- Warn Off: 50% chance of success. Lion leaves without a fight. All party members get 100 EXP (trainees of course would get 50 EXP). If fail, fight is triggered.
- Recruit: Success would be dependent of levels of party members. Lion joins your pride as an NPC and given a randomly assigned rank. Party head gets to design and write up NPC. If fail, lion leaves and no EXP is rewarded. 200 EXP is rewarded to party members if recruited.
- Fight: Normal fight is triggered. If you win, you can capture the lion, making them an unranked NPC of your pride. Party head gets to design and write up NPC.
250 EXP rewarded for fight win.
